Call for Prequalification Tender for Supplying Plastic Tarpaulins

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies/Restaurant to participate in the following Tender:

1-043 –Supplying Plastic Tarpaulins

The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-The vendor must submit the chain of custody documents to insure the purchased items are coming through legal crossings into Gaza.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Monday 27 October 2014 up to Sunday 2 November 2014 no later than 12:00 pm during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

-The Tender documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Sunday 2 November 2014, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee.
-The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
