Caritas Baby Hospital in Bethlehem is seeking a:

Human Resource Officer

This is a part time job (30 hours a week) and the candidate should have the following qualifications:

1-Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource from an accredited University.
2-Three to five years’ experience in HR, especially in the Health Care field.
3-Excellent managerial and communication skills.
4-Fluent Arabic and English Languages (spoken and written).
5-Excellent computer skills.
6-Preferably from the area of Bethlehem.

Required Tasks:
-Working closely with various departments assisting line managers to understand and implement policies.
-Recruiting staff including developing job descriptions.
-Helping in the revision of staff handbook.
-Advising on pay and other remuneration issues.
-Administering payroll and employees’ records.
-Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long term staff requirements.
-Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions and performance.
-Staff files management and staff services.
