Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Managing Corporate Account Management team and providing support in order to achieve targets in the area which is under his responsibility.
-Maintaining excellent and complete knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers’ needs and support the team members.
-Assuring corporate account management team is delivering service as per approved procedures and SLAs as well best customer service standards.
-Assuring proper response from team members towards incoming customer requests and providing excellent service, and dealing with any delays from team members and resolving any issues
.
-Maintaining proactive approach toward identifying any risk of dissatisfaction with customers to avoid any termination, and identifying opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
-Assuring that Corporate Account Management team adherence with company's general policies and instruction in all levels.
-Providing Corporate Account Management team with needed reports on each team members’ portfolio results.
-Providing timely manner reports on performance, customer's visits, expansion, collection and team adherence.
-Providing monthly feedback to the team members about their performance, and providing any support they need to improve.
-Preparing monthly assigned visits plan to the team and assuring adherence and filling the visits on the data base (VMS).
-Monitoring and Analyzing on portfolios market changes, competitor's activities, and general performance of the team on continuous basis
-Suggesting plans, forecasts, and potential opportunities to Corporate Account Management

Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 6 years of practical experience in Sales/Marketing, where the last 2 years are in managing people role.
-Experience in corporate account management is preferred.
-Experince in Customer Service activitoes.
-Bachelor degree in a related field.


Skills:
-Strong leadership skills.
-Excellent Organizational skills.
-Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
-Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
-Self-Motivated and Pro-active.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written
