وظيفة شاغرة/ Customer Care Agent

Established in 1995, BCI was founded to meet the needs of emerging regional ICT markets with a sound knowledge base and a strong network of global partners, BCI has since evolved into a regionally recognized advisor and provider of top of the line services and solutions spanning a range of sectors. BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:

Customer Care Agent for South Region       Ref.: (HR-CCA-HAN-1)

Main responsibilities:

-Deal directly with the customers face to face.
-Deal with the clients especially for the repeated repaired devices.
-Fill the customer's information on the GSPN system.
-Obtain all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
-Help the customers with the first technical support for the VIP clients.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Get full details from the customer about the repeated defected device, and fill all the details on the job number in order to be clear for the senior technician who will handle the RRR cases.
-Receives/ submits the defected and repaired devices from and to the VIP customers.
-Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Qualification required:
-BCs degree in "Business Administration” or any equivalent field.
-1-2 years' experience in dealing with the customers within high standards.
-Expert knowledge with the first level of technical support.
-Personal Photo
