Seeking Qualified Individuals for Testing Support Services Opportunity

AMIDEAST, an international non-profit organization in the West Bank and Gaza, is seeking qualified candidates for the following:

Testing Support Services Contractor

AMIDEAST is seeking to contract a qualified individual to provide testing services support at its branch office in El-Bireh, to begin as soon as possible.  The contracted assistant will be required to work on weekends when needed due to scheduled testing on weekend days.

This is not a full-time salaried position and contracted individuals will not qualify for benefits.  The number of contract hours may vary week to week, but the contracted individual should expect to work five days each week for a commitment averaging 25-30 hours per week. The expected compensation ranges from 2,100 to 2,500 shekels  per month for services rendered, depending on how many hours worked. 

Services to be provided under this service contract include support for AMIDEAST testing services and related services for a fee for students and other members of the general public, as well as  private sponsors.  The contracted service provider will respond to telephone, email, and walk-in customer inquiries, provide test registration services, proctor computer-based as well as paper-based exams, provide data entry services, and complete checklists and reports related to test security and testing quality control, under the direction of the Testing Coordinator.


Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria:
-Minimum of two years of university completed;
-Minimum of one year of work experience performing related/relevant tasks;
-Demonstrated precise attention to detail and organizational skills;
-Proven ability to work under pressure and be self-directed and motivated;
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team;
-Consistently positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer services skills;
-Advanced proficiency in English  and Arabic;
-Excellent computer skills using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook;
