Bethlehem University in
developing further its Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, is
seeking to recruit a Trainer of Culinary Arts and a Trainer of
Hospitality Management who will serve as trainers and exemplary role
models teaching key skills and inspiring participants in programs to use
a variety of modern and traditional techniques of food preparation,
front office management and food and beverage management. The successful
applicants will be involved in the deployment and delivery of
vocational training curriculum. The role is being developed to ensure
that training and staff development supports hospitality and tourism
best practices through the delivery of a module based program.
1-Trainer in Culinary Arts
2-Trainer in Hospitality Management
The following job specifications apply to the above two positions:
Proven ability to guide and coach team members
3 years minimum experience in hospitality/ food service management
3 years minimum experience in management and staff training for restaurants/ hospitality
Preference will be given to those with demonstrated ability and experience in instructional program development
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Arabic
Excellent presentation skills
Organization and follow-up skills
Ability to interact with all levels in the organization from participants to other trainers to executive
Ability to travel within Palestine as needed.
