Palestinian Electricity Transmission Ltd. (PETL) invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position:
Project Monitoring Department (PMD) Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring project activities, and control all stages and report about the outputs to the technical and operational directors.
Reviewing baseline data for each project site in the company and confirm that all activities as international standard and meet the company needs.
Collects and collates reports from the field sites.
Coordinates with field implementers regarding reports and M&E activities.
Monitor and quality assurance spot checks on each project site.
Monitoring all projects activities with contractors and make data clarifications.
Development of case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
Supervising the project closing and gathering the lessons learned from the project.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.A. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation and/or Project Management
Professional Certification (PMP) and/or QAQC Certificates an advantage.
